It’s the age-old Chinese ritual of “Villain Beating”, or “Petty Person Beating”, an ancient folk practice dating back thousands of years and believed to ward off bad luck and negative energy from enemies. From the main entrance of The Park Lane, turn right on Gloucester Road then turn right immediately onto Great George Street. Walk down and cross Hennessy Road and make your way down left towards the Canal Road Flyover. Approx. 10 mins.
